Martha Kalifatidis wanted to get a workout in on Monday. 
But the Married At First Sight star is in Italy, where the summer weather has hit a peak. 

The 34-year-old posted a series of videos to her Instagram Stories where she detailed her fitness routine.

Lying on the floor in a cropped shirt and a pair of white underwear, the reality star complained that she had no choice but to undress due to the heat.
‘Alright I did the workout. I’ll be honest, it’s 40 degrees, I was never putting on leggings,’ she said in one clip. 

‘I did it in my underwear. I f***ing hate how I look in this video, but whatever, Euro me is just not giving f***s.’

She then explained how easy her workout is, and that it takes only ten minutes. 

Since Martha hates going to the gym, she said her workout is ‘good for my mental health’ and she ‘gets a little sweat on’.

The brunette bombshell accessorised her look with tribal-inspired belting around her waist, a silver necklace and glittering drop earrings.
