‘Although I picked my dress back when it was going to be a more formal affair at Pelican Hill, I refused to part with it even when we switched to a beach wedding.

The weekend of October 8 would prove to be a star-studded affair, with Adam’s Workaholics costars Blake Anderson and Anders Holm serving as his groomsmen and Pitch Perfect’s Rebel Wilson venturing to Mexico just to see the pair tie the knot.
The couple revealed to Vogue that DeVine’s comedy tour opener Adam Ray actually served as their officiant.
Due to the brevity of the 20-minute ceremony, Bridges gushed that she ‘felt so present and so surrounded by love.’
She also noted that it was ‘really important’ that her and Adam write their own vows because, from her own experience at other people’s weddings, she’s often ‘left wanting more’ if a ‘couple doesn’t say their own personal vows.’

DeVine admitted that he ‘cried the whole d*mn time’ while at the altar with Chloe. ‘I didn’t expect that, but seeing Chloe in her gown was all it took.’

Embracing the Mexican culture, traditional Mexican Talavera plates were used as dining wear.
Like many brides, Chloe slipped out of her wedding dress and into ‘a two-piece set designed by Olima and her stylist, Mercedes Natalia, as well as a satin bag by Room Shop Vintage.’
It was also revealed that she ditched her heels for a pair of Vans that read ‘MRS’ in order to match her husband.

Longtime love: Chloe and Adam, who first met while working on the 2015 horror-comedy The Final Girls, got engaged in October of 2019 and originally planned to wed during an elaborate 200-person ceremony in September of this year

With so much love in the air, an awe-inspiring firework show commenced a night of dancing and laughter for the couple and those lucky enough to witness the beginning of this next chapter of their lives.
‘We danced so hard. You can tell how much fun we were having by the amount of sweat in the photos. It was a blast.’
Though their wedding ended up being all they’d dreamed of, the couple were nearly forced to cancel the entire thing after catching breakthrough COVID-19 cases weeks prior.
‘We thought we might have to cancel everything,’ said Adam. Luckily, the couple had just enough time to quarantine ahead of their nuptials and made sure all of their guests were coronavirus negative prior to their arrivals in Mexico.
